RPI

The Raspberry PI (RPI) is a small and modern computer very interesting for:

  • Its size: it is almost as small as a credit card;
  • Its energy consumption: it has no mechanical parts and need only a mini-USB 5V 1A adapter;
  • Its CPU: it uses an ARM1176JZFS, with FP, at 700MHz;
  • Its GPU: it has a Videocore 4 for Blu-ray quality playback;
  • Its connectors: it has an HDMI output, two USB plugs...
  • Its OS: it comes with Debian but supports other OSes as well!

With a RPI, it is possible to run an Amiga emulator with good peformance!
